Maine Mineralogical and Geological Society members are granted access to additional parts of this website. That being said, we encourage you to login to this website to ensure you see all of the club-related information available to you.
On the left sidebar, fill in the “User” and “Password” fields. To have the website remember your user ID and password, click the “Remember me” check box before you hit “Log In >>”. Please do not enable the “Remember me” functionality on a computer you don’t have control over such a PC at a public library.
NOTE: If you get an error that says “Unknown login response.”, simply click the “Login In >>” button again. It should let you in as long as your password is correct.
Once logged in, you will see the user and password fields go away. Instead, you will see a status message that says “Logged in as [Your Name]“
If you have an account, but do not remember your password, click the “Lost password?” link. An E-mail field will come up. Enter your user name and email address there and hit the “Retreive >>” button. Next, check your e-mail for a link that will allow you to reset your password.
One general troubleshooting tip if you have problems logging in is to clear your browsing cache information, cookies and delete any saved passwords for this website. Then start up a new browser and try again. Sometime things get out of sync between what your web browser chaches on your hard drive and what we have on the web server. And that can cause problems for some individuals.
If you:
– cannot remember your username
– have trouble with the “Lost Password” link
– or never got your account in the first place,
send an email to webmaster [at] mainemineralclub.org requesting that your account information be sent to you. We will verify your club membership and get back to you.
